5. Payments & Billing
Fees for services must be paid as quoted before work begins. Prices may vary depending on file complexity. All charges will be clearly communicated prior to service delivery.
6. Refund Policy
Fees for professional labor and service time are generally non-refundable once work has started. In rare cases where Pretty Profits LLC is unable to complete the defined scope of work, a partial credit may be offered at our discretion. See full Refund Policy for details.
7. Appointment Scheduling
Scheduling is required for consultations and service delivery. Missed or late appointments without prior notice may incur rescheduling limitations.
